U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Rules Indiana House of Representatives Allowed to Say Prayer Before Session

After a long-standing court order to restrict prayer on the floor of the Indiana General Assembly, the 7th 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago overturned that order today.


SB114 Forced Annexation

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Indiana Legislature:

One very practical way of WALKING THE WALK on property tax control will be your continued support of SB 114 regarding forced annexation. This bill needs to be passed as written without amendments especialy to the retroactive clauses.

Mitch and the citizens of Indiana need all the support we can muster for this marvelous piece of legislation.

Thanks for your comment! As you know, we feel strongly about property tax relief and reform, and the House Republicans understand concerns about annexation as well. They will be reviewing SB 114 carefully as it goes through the legislative process.
