Representative Thomas is Appointed to Public Defender Commission

The Greencastle Banner-Graphic recognizes State Representative Thomas’ new position on the Public Defender Commission.  He is one of the two selected members by the House of Representatives.  As part of the Public Defender Commission, Thomas will aid in preparing the General Assembly for the future legislative session.

"It is a great honor to be appointed to this commission," Thomas said. "My hope is that we are able to make well-reasoned and researched recommendations and determinations that will enable Indiana to provide high quality criminal defense regardless of the defendants' financial circumstances."
