Representative Richardson Presents Distinguished Hoosier Award

The Noblesville Times shares 4-H Council Treasurer Donna Lehman’s retirement story.  While Mrs. Lehman initially thought she would only work her position for six years, she ended up serving Hamilton County for 18 years.  To reward her for her dedicated behind the scenes work, State Representative Kathy Richardson presented Donna with the Distinguished Hoosier Award on behalf of Governor Mitch Daniels.
