Democrats Causing Trouble

The Democrats are at it again; pointing their fingers and blaming others when they see a problem. Except for this time, there is no problem, but leave it up to them to come up with one.

Indiana Democratic Party Chair Dan Parker was quoted in the Indy Star, today, complaining that Gov. Daniels is running misleading campaign ads that “paint a rose-colored picture of the state’s economic growth.” Parker claims that since Indiana lost jobs in April, due to closings and strikes, Indiana’s economy should be struggling and not improving.

To Parker’s surprise, even though Indiana lost jobs in April, we still have an unemployment rate of 4.7 percent, according to the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. Our unemployment rate remains below all the neighboring Midwest states and ranks lower that the national average, which is 5 percent.

Leave it to the Democrats to take something positive and try to turn it around to something it is not.
