U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Rules Indiana House of Representatives Allowed to Say Prayer Before Session

After a long-standing court order to restrict prayer on the floor of the Indiana General Assembly, the 7th 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago overturned that order today.
