
Representative Bob Behning has had the privilege of representing House District 91 since 1992. He sits on the committees of Education, Ranking Republican Member, Commerce, Energy, and Utilities, and Technology, Research, and Development. Rep. Behning serves his community by being involved with Westview Hospital, Lutheran High School-Indianapolis, Guilford Township Civic Association, American Legislative Exchange Council, Decatur Township Civic Council, Mooresville Chamber of Commerce, and Calvary Lutheran Church. He received his B.S. from Indiana University and is now owner of Berkshire Florist.

Representative Matt Bell serves House District 83. During session, Rep. Bell serves as the Ranking Minority Member of the Public Policy Committee, and is a member of the Family, Children, and Human Affairs Committee, and the Labor and Employment Committee. When not serving in the General Assembly, Matt is the Executive Director of the Literacy Empowering and Advocating Project. In addition, he is an active member of Rotary International and the Masonic Lodge. He has also volunteered with Big Brothers/ Big Sisters and participates in the Region III-A Economic Development Executive Board and the Drug Free Noble County Community Board. Matt and his wife, Jackie, have two children.

State Representative Bruce Borders was first elected to the Indiana House of Representatives in 2004. He currently represents House District 45, which includes portions of Greene, Daviess, Sullivan, Knox and Vigo Counties. Bruce is a member of the Local Government Committee, Insurance Committee, and the Statutory Committee on Interstate and International Cooperation. Along with being a proud husband and father, he is a lifelong resident of southern Indiana and has been extremely involved in the community. An active church leader, Rep. Borders is the leader of the Royal Rangers and a member of the First Assembly of God Church.

Representative Randy Borror serves House Discrict 84. Currently, Rep. Borror serves on the Committee on Rules and Legislative Procedures, the Small Business and Economic Development Committee, and the Ways and Means Committee. Borror had the honor of carrying the two top legislative issues for Governor Daniels in 2005 and 2006. Rep. Borror began as a campaign staff member for U.S. Senator Richard Lugar. He later accepted a position at the National Republican Senatorial Committee in Washington, D.C. Professionally, Rep. Borror is the V.P. of Corporate Services for Star Financial Bank. He received his B.S. degree from Indiana University. He is married to Kelly Borror and has three children. He attends Pathway Community Church.

State Representative Tim Brown has served House District 41 since 1994. In 2005, Rep. Brown was appointed as Chair of the Public Heath Committee. Rep. Brown is also the Chair for the Statutory Committee on Ethics. Furthermore, he serves as the Deputy Speaker Pro Tempore. Prior to serving in the Indiana House of Representatives, Rep. Brown was the treasurer for the State Medical Association. He has also been a board member of the Franklin Methodist Retirement Community. Rep. Brown received his medical degree from the University of Illinois. He is an Emergency Room Doctor for St. Clair Hospital in Montgomery County. He resides in Crawfordsville with his wife, Jayne, and his four daughters.

Representative Woody Burton serves House District 58. He currently serves as the Ranking Minority Member of the Financial Institutions Committee, the Elections and Apportionment Committee and the Insurance Committee. Rep. Burton graduated from Reppert School of Auctioneering. He holds the titles: Graduate Realtor, Certified Residential Broker, and Certified Residential Specialist. He is a member of the Greenwood and Franklin Chambers of Commerce, the National Association of Realtors, and the Indianapolis Board of Realtors. He and his wife, Volly, are active members of Greenwood Christian Church. They have three children and six grandchildren. His brother is U.S. Representative Dan Burton.

State Representative Bob Cherry serves House District 53. Currently, he is the Assistant Majority Caucus Chair. He sits on the Technology, Research, and Development Committee along with Ways and Means. He received his B.S. from Purdue University and remains involved in Boilermaker activities. Rep. Cherry stays active in Hancock County by serving as a Hancock County Councilman and is a former member of the Hancock County Planning Commission and Greenfield Board of Zoning Appeals. He was appointed to the State Board of Tax Commissioners. He has also received several “Legislator of the Year” awards. Rep. Cherry and his wife, Deborah, attend Willow Branch United Methodist Church. He has five grown children.

Jacque Clements and her husband, John, are residents of Frankfort . They have a son, Troy, and a daughter, Debbie. Jacque is Clinton County Auditor, president of the West Central District of Associations of Indiana Counties and Secretary of the Indiana Auditorʼs Association. Her 25 years of experience in local government make her uniquely qualified to help Indiana look at changes in the relationship between state and local governments that will provide the tools and the flexibility needed to find the new jobs and retain the existing jobs Indiana needs to continue moving ahead.

I grew up in Floyd County. I graduated from Floyd Central High School, and earned a bachelor’s degree at Indiana University Southeast. I’m a real-estate broker. My wife, Amy, is a teacher. We live in New Albany with our two young children.I am a director of the Southern Indiana Realtors Association, Develop New Albany, the New Albany-Floyd County Habitat for Humanity affiliate and the Cardinal Ritter Birthplace Foundation. I am a graduate of Leadership Southern Indiana, and last year I received a Gold Leaf award from the Community Foundation of Southern Indiana for my volunteer work in historic preservation. I’m also a Cub Scout leader and a youth soccer coach.

Serving House District 78 since 2005, Suzanne Crouch represents portions of Spencer, Vanderburgh and Warrick counties. Suzanne has served on a number of Committees, including the House Public Health Committee, the House Public Safety and Veterans Affairs Committee, and the House Banking and Financial Institutions Committee. She also serves as a legislative appointee on the Lincoln Bicentennial Commission. A graduate of Mater Dei High School in Evansville, Representative Crouch received her Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, majoring in Political Science. She and her husband of 29 years, Larry Downs reside on the north side of Evansville where they raised their daughter Courtney.
